IPTV and OTT apps: from the sofa to the server room
We build what an IPTV or OTT operator needs to launch: the player your viewers open, the panels your team and resellers run, and the back end in between. Platforms: Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Fire TV Vega OS, Roku, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, Android, iOS, Web, Windows, macOS.
Player apps
The app people open on the sofa. Live channels with categories and favourites, a TV guide, movies and series that remember where you stopped, catch-up, and a PIN for the kids.
- Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV, including Vega OS
- Roku and LG webOS on request
- Playlists of 20,000+ channels and 40 MB guides load without a stutter
- Works offline once a licence is active
Fire TV Vega OS
Amazon’s newest Fire TV devices run Vega OS. It is not Android, and its apps are built with React Native for Vega, so Android TV apps do not simply carry over. We build for it from the start or bring your existing app across, then handle the Appstore listing and review until it is live.
- New apps built for Vega OS, or your Android TV app brought across
- Your Fire OS app keeps serving older Fire TV devices
- Tested on real Fire TV hardware with the remote
- Appstore listing, review notes and resubmissions handled by us
Device activation
Every TV gets a MAC-style ID and a six-digit key. Turn on a free trial, sell one month or a lifetime, and move a licence to a new TV when a customer upgrades.
- Activate by MAC address and device key
- Signed licences that keep working offline
- Trials, plans and renewals
- Device history and recovery
Reseller panels
Shops and partners buy credits from you, then activate their own customers. You see every credit, every activation and who asked for more.
- Prepaid credit ledger
- Credit requests you approve in one click
- Sales, renewals and expiry alerts
- Two-factor sign-in, English and Italian
Middleware & admin
The back office for channels, VOD, series, packages, subscribers, EPG imports and stream nodes. We build new ones, and we rebuild and secure old ones.
- XMLTV guides, M3U, Xtream Codes and MAG portals
- Packages, subscribers and payments
- System health for nodes, queues and imports
- White-label admin in light and dark
Remote app control
Change servers, switch features on, show a maintenance screen or force an update on apps already installed on TVs. No new store release needed.
- Server failover in order
- Feature flags by platform and version
- Emergency switches
- Rollback and a full audit log
Audits & rescue
A written security and performance review of your servers, panels and apps, then the fixes. We have found and closed critical holes in live IPTV middleware.
- Server and code review
- Report you can share with your board
- Fixes done, not just listed
- Performance tuning

How a launch goes
- Call: Half an hour on what you sell, to whom, and on which screens.
- Design: Figma screens in your brand. You change them until they are right.
- Build: A build every week you can install and try, with a short video of what changed.
- Launch: Store submissions, servers and monitoring. We stay on after launch.
OTT and TV work
- FocusPlayer Pro, IPTV player and activation platform (2026). An IPTV player sold per TV, with its own website, a customer portal, and admin and reseller panels. Customers bring their own M3U, Xtream Codes or MAG playlist.
- FocusPlayer Pro admin, Activation and licence panel (2026). Devices, licences, customers, sales and resellers in one panel, with alerts for licences about to expire and sales not yet paid.
- FocusPlayer Pro resellers, Reseller panel (2026). Shops activate their customers’ TVs with prepaid credits and see every credit going in and out.
- IPTV middleware rescue, Security audit and admin redesign (2026). For an IPTV and OTT operator: a full audit of their middleware and servers with the fixes, then a white-label redesign of the operator admin in light and dark.
- Trivia TV, A TV game for waiting rooms (2026). A trivia show that runs by itself on clinic TVs, branded for each customer from a web admin, with a live preview that matches the TV exactly.
- Backstreet Barbershop, Shop TV screen, Saudi Arabia (2026). The salon TV shows the live queue, run from a phone, plus offers, prayer times, the barbers and a WhatsApp QR. Landscape, portrait and window versions.
- TopZee Pizza menu, Animated TV menu, Pakistan (2026). A 13-slide menu for the shop TV built around the shop’s own photographs. Change a price in one file and the screen and website both update.
Questions people ask
How much does an IPTV player app cost?
It depends on the screens, the panels and the stores you need. After one short call we send a fixed quote and a plan, before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Can you build an app for Fire TV Vega OS?
Yes. Vega OS is Amazon’s new Fire TV system and it does not run Android apps, so the app is built with React Native for Vega. We build new Vega apps, bring existing Fire TV apps across, and add the Vega build to your existing Appstore listing.
Do you supply channels or streams?
No. We build software only. Our players play the playlists that the operator or the viewer supplies, and we do not provide, sell or host any content.
Which playlist formats do your players support?
M3U playlists, Xtream Codes logins and MAG portals, with an XMLTV guide. Playlists of more than 20,000 channels and 40 MB guides load without slowing the app down.
How long does an IPTV app take?
A player app usually takes four to eight weeks from the first call to submission. Store review adds anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the store.
Can you take over an IPTV app or panel someone else built?
Yes. We start with a written audit of the servers and the code, fix what is broken or unsafe, and then keep it running on a care plan.
